Application Information
If you're interested in one of our financing programs, RFC will be pleased to present a loan proposal, usually within five business days of receiving the following information:

Apartments

  • Three years of Income/Expense statements for previous years and year-to-date (indicate gross potential rent at 100% occupancy as well.)
  • Brief project description including location, unit mix, square footage and amenities.
  • Current rent roll.
  • Photos.

Commercial

  • Three years of Income/Expense statements for previous year and year-to-date (indicate gross potential rent at 100% occupancy as well.)
  • Brief project description including location, square footage, parking spaces, construction materials.
  • Current rent roll with duration and expiration of leases, base rent, CAM income and type of lease.
  • Photos.
